June 10, 2020 Umatilla Municipal Police Retirement Board meeting 5:30 PM, Virtual Meeting utilizing Microsoft Teams
THE PUBLIC MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING SEVERAL WAYS:
1. Videoconference – the meeting will be hosted online using Microsoft Teams. The public may join by videoconference https://teams.microsoft.com. You can join a Teams meeting anytime, from any device, whether or not you have a Teams account. If you don't have an account, follow these steps to join as a guest. You will see two choices: Download the Windows app and Join on the web instead. If you join on the web, you can use either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Your browser may ask if it's okay for Teams to use your mic and camera. Be sure to allow it so you'll be
seen and heard in your meeting. Enter your name and choose your audio and video settings. If the meeting room (or another device that's connected to the meeting) is nearby, choose Audio off to avoid disrupting. Select Phone audio if you want to listen to the meeting on your mobile phone. When you're ready, hit Join now. This will bring you into the meeting lobby. We'll notify the meeting organizer that you're there, and someone in the meeting can then admit you. You can type out the link below or copy and paste it to be added to the virtual meeting.
2. Telephone - Dial in number: 1-888-585-9008 Conference room number: 150-213-684. The public may utilize the phone number to participate by phone. The internet is not required to participate by phone.
3. Input in advance of the meeting. The public may also provide input in advance that will be entered into the record at the beginning of the meeting. Such input must be submitted in writing in advance of the meeting by email to [email protected] or at 850-701-3630. If you desire for your written comment to be read into the record during the meeting, please indicate so. Written comments will be entered into the meeting record and distributed to the Board before the start of the meeting.
