The following facilities are available for use and reservations are required. Call City Hall at (352) 669-3126 with inquiries. 

Community Building Rates

 Inside City Limits Residents  (proof of residency required)

• Refundable Deposit - $200
• Hourly Rental - $25 (minimum of 3 hours)
• Daily Rental - $200 (maximum of 10 hours)
• Cleaning Fee - $25
• Audiovisual Equipment - $10
• Setup/Tear down - $50

 Outside City Limits Residents 

• Refundable Deposit - $400
• Hourly Rental - $50 (minimum of 3 hours)
• Daily Rental - $400 (maximum of 10 hours)
• Cleaning Fee - $50
• Audiovisual Equipment - $20
• Setup/Tear down - $75

Cadwell Park Pavilion or Stage

 Inside City Limits Residents  (proof of residency required)

• Hourly Rental - $10 
• Hourly Rental with Power Access - $15

 Outside City Limits Residents 

• Hourly Rental - $20
• Hourly Rental with Power Access - $30

Southside Ball Park                                                                           

• Field reservation without lights - $5 per hr
• Field reservation with lights       - $10 per hr
